By accessing and using the services provided by bawdinfysm B.V. ("we," "our," or "us"), including our website at bawdinfysm.top and our massage therapy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. bawdinfysm provides professional massage therapy and bodywork services including but not limited to relaxation massage, deep tissue therapy, sports massage, and therapeutic bodywork. All services are provided by qualified and certified massage therapists in our studio located in Almere, Netherlands.
Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards. All prices are in Euros and include applicable VAT. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Refunds are provided only in exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion.
Clients must disclose any health conditions, injuries, or medications that may affect their treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be harmful or inappropriate. Clients must arrive in a clean and sober condition. We maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols in accordance with Dutch health regulations.
Clients are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately at all times. Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to sexual conduct or harassment, will result in immediate termination of services and may result in legal action. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive or threatening behavior.
We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding your personal information and health details. Our privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. All client information is protected in accordance with GDPR and Dutch privacy laws.
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of bawdinfysm B.V. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission. The bawdinfysm name and logo are trademarks of bawdinfysm B.V.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, bawdinfysm B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
Our massage therapists are qualified professionals who adhere to ethical standards and professional guidelines. Massage therapy is for therapeutic and relaxation purposes only. We do not provide medical treatment or diagnosis. Clients should consult with their healthcare providers regarding any medical conditions.
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with other users' access. We reserve the right to monitor website usage and to restrict or terminate access for violations of these terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule appointments and minimize inconvenience.
